If you find that your country/nationality is missing from the sign up page, please let us know and we will add it for you. It would also be helpful if you let us know if your championship or race series is not in the sign up form. We will be constantly adding to these to make creating a profile easier.
Is it for me?
| Do I need a racing license to join the directory? |
| No. You do not need a racing license to sign up. |
| Is Racing Driver Directory for sim racers? |
| No. Whilst we do see sim racing as a part of motor sport, the directory is for drivers who race real cars. |
| I am not racing at the moment. Can I still sign up? |
| Yes. Feel free to add your data. |
Sign-up
| How do I sign up? |
| You will need to sign up using a valid email address and a secure password. We will then send you a confirmation email with a link which you must click to enable your account. This link expires after 24 hours. |
| My link expired. Can I get it re-sent? |
| Simply go to resend confirmation email to get another confirmation URL. |
| I am not receiving any emails or I have other issues |

Creating a profile
| Which results do I add? |
| Add all your results from your career from the beginning. |
| Can I add my favourite driver? |
| No. Please add only yourself or your child to the directory. We want to make the directory useful for viewers to get background information on top drivers. |
| Can I add more than one profile? |
| No. You are restricted to one profile. We may look at opening this up to team personnel or driver managers to add their drivers in the future. |
| How do I make my pictures look the best? |
| For your profile picture, make sure its no larger than 300 x 300 pixels and is a picture (preferably) of you wearing your racing overalls. For your banner picture this would usually be a picture of the machine you race. Best results would be an image 1100 pixels wide. It's best to experiment with different images to see what works best. |

| Can I try a free trial before I buy? |
| We don't have any free trials currently, but we can arrange a demo for you. |
| How secure is your website? |
| Communication on our website between you and us is encrypted, even if we're not dealing with payments or sensitive information. |
| What do you use to handle payments? |
| We use Stripe payments to manage our subscriptions. They handle your payments securely and professionally. |
| Can I cancel my subscription? |
| Yes, you can cancel anytime and your subscriptions page will notify you how long you have left on your subscription. If you do cancel, your profile will revert to a free tier profile. |
