Registering and Logging in

I registered, but I have not received my confirm email mailer.
If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us at through one of our social media channels.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
I am an RDD v1 user, but I can't log in
If you are an RDD v1 user, you will need to create a new account for RDD v2, as this is a brand new product. Your RDD v1 account will not work on RDD v2. The new results centre, where results are calculated per year, mean that your old 'all time' stats are not relevant to the v2 app. We can send you any v1 data we have from your results if you need them.

Account and Profile

Whats the difference between a user and driver?
When you sign up, you are automatically made a user which is tied to your login details. The driver profile is then created, linking to your user account. The reason for this is to make it future proof, so we can have users who are not drivers i.e teams or driver managers sign up and use RDD. Your user account is also where you can toggle the site settings.
I am all signed up, and logged in. Wheres my profile?
You can visit your profile by clicking on the menu and then your avatar and then selecting "your profile".
Why is my profile not showing in the directory?
Your profile will not display unless you add your first name and last name and a profile and car picture to your profile. This enables the directory to look professional. You can check the status of this by checking your notifications at the top of the screen.
